Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel braiding and EPDM synthetic rubber tubing, our metallic hoses are heat-resistant up to 180°C (356°F), enabling their use in both industrial and automotive settings.

Precision Engineering and Testing

Highly skilled welders with years of experience assemble INTAFLEX metallic hoses, and each hose undergoes rigorous inspection and testing before leaving our manufacturing facility. We supply our assembled metallic hoses with a female metallic end fitting (brazed or screwed) for compatibility with male metallic braid ends, enabling rapid on-site assembly. Additionally, our metallic hose assemblies can be supplied with female metallic ends for use in industrial or commercial settings as "plumb-in" type metallic hoses.

Pressure Ratings and Industry Compliance

Our metallic hoses are assembled and tested to work under pressure up to 350 bar (5060 psi), with the pressure rating determined by the quality of the metallic hose and assembly components used. Our metallic hose range is categorized into three pressure classes:

• Stainless Steel Metallic Hose Class I (350 bar rated)
• Stainless Steel Metallic Hose Class II (280 bar rated)
• Stainless Steel Metallic Hose Class III (200 bar rated)

INTAFLEX metallic hoses can be supplied with a traceable certificate of conformance to relevant industry standards, ensuring compliance and peace of mind.

Temperature Resilience and Material Quality

Our metallic hoses are suitable for applications where temperatures may fluctuate between -10°C and +80°C (14°F and 176°F) under continuous pressure. We ensure our metallic hoses are manufactured with either 316 or 304-grade stainless steel tubing, a metallic hose material of the highest quality, offering heat resistance up to 180°C (356°F).
